Our Process
Planning your legacy doesn’t have to feel overwhelming, so we’ve broken our estate planning process into six simple, collaborative steps designed entirely around you and your peace of mind.
1.
Intake Call
Our Client Services Director leads an initial call, learning about your estate planning goals and sharing our process and pricing.
2.
Client Profile and Asset Sheet
Prior to the design meeting, you share financial and family information using our secure portal.
3.
Design Meeting with Attorney
You meet with an estate planning attorney to design an estate plan tailored to your unique goals and priorities.
4.
Drafting and Document Review
We prepare and send you plan documents, reviewing them together to answer your questions prior to signing.
5.
Signing Conference
We meet to sign your documents, providing necessary witnesses and notaries. You then receive originals and digital copies of all signed documents.
6.
Ongoing Service
We provide ongoing support to keep your plan updated as your life changes, giving you and your family peace of mind.
